Stealing Signs

Maybe i just did not notice...but what is up with the stealing of signs out of peoples yards for this election? I have never noticed this before in elections past, but this seems to be a pretty big deal this fall. Maybe it is because for the first time ever, I have a sign in my yard (not for a candidate, but in support of a proposition...anyway, strange times.
